Our culture is obsessed with convenient and fast food options, as so many people are leading increasingly busy lifestyles. That’s why snacking foods and convenience products are on the rise. There is also a lot of research to show the benefits to getting more high-quality protein (like dairy) in our diets. This month Dairy Foods wants to know: What's your favorite way to consume on-the-go dairy protein?

Last month, we asked – Which cultured dairy product do you eat more often?

The results are in:

Yogurt was the overwhelming winner, taking 43% of the vote, with Greek yogurt coming next in line with 26%. In third place was cottage cheese with 12% of the vote, and coming up behind that was sour cream with 9%. Rounding out the bottom are — Cream cheese (4%), kefir (3%) and dairy-based dips (2%).
