Evergreen Packaging announced the winners of its sixth Made By Milk carton construction contest. Southfield Regional Academic Campus from Southfield, Mich., won the grand prize of $5,000 for its 16-foot carton sculpture Alligator, made out of 1,345 repurposed milk cartons. ADM will purchase a controlling stake in Harvest Innovations, producer of minimally processed, expeller-pressed soy proteins, oils and gluten-free ingredients. The new capabilities build on ADM’s wide range of ingredients to meet growing demand for organic, expeller-pressed, gluten-free and non-GMO food, according to the company.
