Plant Replay, developed by Tamaki Control, allows users to choose any HMI/SCADA screen in a plant and replay exactly what was happening at any given time. Using Ignition, by Inductive Automation, Tamaki was able to store history for every data point used to animate screens.

All trends, devices, alarms, operator actions, and program messages can be replayed to the screen in real-time. With the ability to see what happened days, weeks, or even months ago, Plant Replay has become a great tool for quickly troubleshooting issues and tracing products through the plant.
