Alvey 950 series hybrid palletizers from Intelligrated are ideal for reduced secondary packaging applications that require gentle handling and high throughput rates. These palletizing solutions combine conventional automated palletizers with one or more robotic arms to handle complex pallet load patterns at rates in excess of 125 cases per minute. Recent enhancements to the 950 series include an on-board stretch bander to stabilize loads and an integrated control system that allows both the conventional palletizer and its robotic arms to operate from a single PLC controller.
