Rotor Detection System (RDS) Generation 3
Introducing the GEA Nu-Con Generation 3 RDS system, ideal for “Maintenance Management”. The RDS Gen 3 version monitors the following:
- Rotor Contact with Housing
- Rotor Speed
- Seal Quality
- Chain integrity
This level of monitoring provides the ability to assist with maintenance management by measuring bearing life, seal integrity, and chain integrity. The RDS data will allow for real time information that can be monitored remotely. The RDS Gen 3 will be a direct retrofit for current RDS Gen 2 users.
