Polypack, Inc. introduces a new intermittent motion tray loader-former that runs at speeds of up to 20 trays per minute. The TR-20 is completely servo-driven, which drastically reduces changeover time and allows for precise product control. This new machine is available with various product collation modules (oscillating lane divider shown). This high efficiency tray loader-former can be combined with a Polypack shrink wrapper for a single source solution that delivers pallet-ready packs.
