Alpma introduced a new technology for the production of Havarti, brick and Muenster cheeses. This new technology is currently used in Europe and is available in the United States. It features automated filling of curd into molds with a length of up to 6.5 feet and ensures hygienic production, plus the automated turning of cheese molds avoids hard labor. The plastic cheese molds ensure reproducible cheese dimensions and the final four feet 4-foot-long cheeses minimize trim losses.
