The upgraded lab ingredient feeder from WCB Ice Cream is especially designed for development and research purposes. The fully mobile unit is suitable for laboratories where the demand for small capacities, adjustability of different parameters and repeatability of processes is important. The feeder has always designed for mixing dry and/or liquid ingredients such as nut crumbs, chocolate pieces, fruit syrup and variegates in small capacities into ice cream. The feeder was upgraded with an eye toward user-friendliness, sanitation and scalability. It has a capacity of 18 to 100 liters per hour for ice cream and 1.2 to 9 liter per hour for variegate.
