Ampco Pumps Co., introduced a new product line – the ZP Series of
sanitary, positive displacement pumps--and a new rebuild program at the
International Dairy Show in Dallas.
Ampco Pumps Co., introduced a new product line – the ZP Series of sanitary, positive displacement pumps--and a new rebuild program at the International Dairy Show in Dallas. Most notably, ZP Series pumps come standard with a stainless steel gear case but are priced to compete with competing painted gear cases. This significant upgrade is in response to increasing demand from end users for stainless steel motors and adapters to ensure high-resistance to corrosion and compatibility with caustic agents.
The pump reconditioning program offers four options: Complete Recondition, Fluid End Only Recondition, Fluid End Only Remachine, or Inspect and Repair. The advantages of Ampco’s Reconditioning Program include two-week delivery, helical gears, stainless steel bearing retainers, 17-4 PH shafts, powder-coated finish and a central location for faster turn around and reduced shipping costs.
