    National Starch has launched Precisa Spread 03, a new ingredient for spreadable processed cheese that promises to replace expensive protein and fat without compromising texture or flavor.

    National Starch has launched Precisa Spread 03, a new ingredient for spreadable processed cheese that promises to replace expensive protein and fat without compromising texture or flavor. The starch-based blend can reduce dry matter in SPC from 43% to 40%.
