Enercon Industries will display the new Super Seal Touch induction cap sealer at WestPack 2010. Packagers will get a first-hand look at the new equipment in operation. The new induction sealing system offers increased sealing speeds, a completely reengineered cap inspection system, an intuitively designed touchscreen interface, simplified set-up and operation, and a host of capabilities for internal monitoring and remote network communications.

The Super Seal Touch cap sealer is designed on a platform that enables Enercon’s development team to implement more features in the future. Current features include recipe management, password security, full complement of bottle and foil counts, internal monitoring of all critical operating data, descriptive fault information, troubleshooting support, remote and local control modes and network connectivity.

The Super Seal Touch is the realization of a concept developed by Enercon’s mechanical, electrical, service and sales teams. Ryan Schuelke Enercon’s Cap Sealing Sales Director says, “Improving upon Enercon’s industry-leading Super Seal design is a tremendous achievement for our development team and a great breakthrough for the industry. New performance standards include up to 20% more sealing power and a seventy-five percent reduction in cap inspection set-up time. With an advanced touch screen interface the Super Seal Touch puts packagers in touch with their induction sealing operation like never before.”
