Virginia Dare offers green tea extract and concentrate

    June 28, 2009
Virginia Dare offers a full line of tea extracts and concentrates including black, green and oolong teas, in liquid and dry forms.

Virginia Dare offers a full line of tea extracts and concentrates including black, green and oolong teas, in liquid and dry forms. Green and black teas are also available in clear and colorless, for products where color contribution is not desired. They are produced in concentrations from one hundred-fold to five thousand-fold.

Made from tea leaves sourced from around the world, Virginia Dare tea extracts and concentrates are offered in natural and all-natural types.  Many of these extracts are caffeine free. As part of its corporate commitment to social responsibility, Virginia Dare offers Fair Trade tea products.

With state-of-the-art capabilities in extraction technology, Virginia Dare delivers products of excellent quality and consistency, setting a high standard for distinctive taste and quality around the world. Using proprietary technology to steep tea leaves, the highly concentrated tea extracts can then be combined with other flavor extracts, such as lime, peach, and the popular superfruit flavors. These flavor combinations, coupled with the perceived health attributes of tea which is a natural source of antioxidants, are sought by consumers pursuing healthier food and beverage choices in such applications as beverages, dairy products, baked goods, and health and wellness products.

Optimize Whey Protein Isolate Production: Discover New Opportunities from Whey Protein Phospholipid Concentrate Research

On Demand Production of Whey Protein Isolates (WPI) have always been hampered by the creation of pro-cream. This occurs as a byproduct during the microfiltration step to remove the remaining cream in Whey Protein Concentrate to achieve 90% WPI. However, new advancements in WPI processing equipment alongside research conducted at the Wisconsin Center for Dairy Research, has helped increase value, awareness and applications for the use of Whey Protein Phospholipid Concentrate (WPPC).
