Optimal Automation LLC, Madison, Wis., has purchased all of the product designs and job files of Madison-based Blackhawk Automation Inc. The new business plan allows for greater growth in providing complete project management, manufacturing and integration services for turn-key packaging and assembly lines including robots, conveyors, custom controls systems, vision integration, case packers, palletizers and stretch wrappers. Optimal offers complete consulting and technical services on a cross-section of robot brands including Fanuc, Nachi, ABB and Denso. Key market segments served include the dairy, frozen food, feed and seed, and other consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries.
Optimal’s 10 full- and part-time employees support a customer base throughout the contiguous forty-eight states as well as installations in Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, and the far east.
