Gamajet

A new line of impingement cleaning machines for open vessels is available from Gamajet Cleaning Systems. The new versions of the Gamajet 4 and Gamajet 5 Impingement Cleaning Machines are modified to provide a 180 degree spray pattern. The units can be easily positioned over the top of virtually any sized open-topped tank or vessel and will easily scour away the toughest of residue without overspray. A choice of nozzles, turbines and gear speeds allows the user to customize each unit to meet specific cleaning applications. The fluid-driven cleaners require no external motors and can be modified for use in CIP operations.

The EZ-100H, is a new horizontal version of the EZ-Seal® line of heat shrink tamper evident, full body sleeve applicators from Axon Corp., Raleigh, N.C. The EZ-100H horizontally sleeves small products, maintaining complete product control throughout the process. It is ideal for sleeving small products processed in a horizontal orientation, including healthcare, cosmetics and novelties. The horizontal sleever processes various shaped containers ranging from 12mm to 40mm in diameter, with a layflat film width of 18mm to 60mm., at speeds up to 100 sleeves per minute.

Spiroflow

Tru-Fit, a new close-coupled pump drive designed to resolve space and coupling alignment issues, is now available from SPX Process Equipment - Waukesha Cherry-Burrell, Delevan, Wis. With an average of a 20-25% reduction in overall pump length, Tru-Fit frees up critical plant space consumed by traditional coupled pumps. The pump is available with a right angle gear reducer for additional space savings, and can also increase process productivity.
