Brown's Dairy, a New Orleans-based dairy serving the Gulf Coast region, has completed repairs to its facility and has returned to full pre-Hurricane Katrina operations and business level. Brown's Dairy said in November that 175 of its employees had returned as the company began servicing recovering customers. While 2005 marked Brown's Dairy's 100th anniversary, a celebration that had been planned for last October will be held sometime this year.
