Dairy Foods to Participate in IDFA Ice Cream Conference
IDFA's Ice Cream Technology Conference will be held at a new venue this year, and Dairy Foods joins as sponsor of the Ice Cream Flavor Competition.
The conference will take place March 1-3 at the Renaissance Scottsdale Resort, Scottsdale, Ariz.
The event program includes technology presentations, breakout sessions, the flavor contest and other activities designed to encourage discussion of frozen dessert technology.
Last year more than 100 ice cream makers and suppliers attended the conference and each attendee is invited to enter two flavors in the contest. Wells' Dairy took the top prize for its indulgent flavor, Diet Another Day.
