Registration Now Open for 2011 International Dairy Show

    March 4, 2011

Registration is now open for the 2011 International Dairy Show, Sept. 19-21 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.

To register, go to www.dairyshow.com and click on the register button or download a registration form to be mailed or faxed.

"Attendees and exhibitors can find everything they need - registration rates, important deadlines, hotel rates and maps, ticketed event information, on-site registration details and accessibility options - on the website," says Robin Cornelison, tradeshow director for the International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA), Washington, D.C.

The International Dairy Show, presented by IDFA, offers new registration packages with reduced rates, allowing attendees to purchase an all-inclusive package with access to the exhibit floor and educational sessions. There will also be a new a la carte option that gives attendees more flexibility.

Registration categories include processors and bottlers, non-exhibiting suppliers, academic and government representatives and exhibitors.

    Registration options include:
    •    Platinum Pass Customer Invitation program allows exhibitors to set up a unique code to offer an unlimited number of complimentary exhibit-floor-only passes to their current and prospective qualified processor customers.
    •    Exhibit-floor-only passes for a reduced rate.
    •    Reduced registration fee for processors who want to attend the educational sessions and visit the exhibit floor, including the opening reception.
    •    Additional early-bird discount of up to $150 for those who register early (by April 15).
    •    Registration will continue to be free to students and members of the press.

"The new registration structure and early-bird and advanced discounts give attendees and exhibitors the ability to maximize their investment," Cornelison says. "By offering several options, the Dairy Show can be customized to meet each registrant's needs."

For more details, visit www.dairyshow.com, or contact Cornelison at rcornelison@idfa.org.

The International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA), Washington, D.C., represents the nation's dairy manufacturing and marketing industries and their suppliers with a membership of 550 companies representing a $110-billion-a-year industry. IDFA is composed of three constituent organizations: the Milk Industry Foundation (MIF), the National Cheese Institute (NCI) and the International Ice Cream Association (IICA). IDFA's 220 dairy processing members run more than 600 plant operations and range from large multi-national organizations to single-plant companies. Together they represent more than 85% of the milk, cultured products, cheese and frozen desserts produced and marketed in the United States.
