Each year, Dairy Foods and the American Dairy Products Institute (ADPI) host the Membrane Technology Forum, an event that serves as a research update from the network of agencies, associations, suppliers and producers engaged in the dynamic field of membrane filtration and separation. The Tom Imbordino Memorial Dairy Science Scholarship Fund was formed in 2021 by the FPSA Dairy Council. For the inaugural scholarship in 2025, the Dairy Council will issue two $3,100 in scholarships.

The scholarship, established in 2021, is named in honor of former Dairy Foods Publisher Tom Imbordino.
