The auctions featured a diverse array of items including exclusive experiences, culinary and sporting equipment, and rare collectibles. Attendees bid enthusiastically throughout the evening, generating an impressive fundraising total distributed across six key initiatives.
Each year, Dairy Foods and the American Dairy Products Institute (ADPI) host the Membrane Technology Forum, an event that serves as a research update from the network of agencies, associations, suppliers and producers engaged in the dynamic field of membrane filtration and separation. Membrane systems are important in milk, cheese and yogurt as well as in whey protein.
The Tom Imbordino Memorial Dairy Science Scholarship Fund was formed in 2021 by the FPSA Dairy Council. For the inaugural scholarship in 2025, the Dairy Council will issue two $3,100 in scholarships.
Four $3,500 scholarships that will be used toward completing the winners’ respective degrees.

The Food Processing Suppliers Association’s (FPSA) Dairy Council said it awarded three $3,500 scholarships that will be used toward completing the winners’ respective degrees within the dairy or food science disciplines.
Imbordino led Dairy Foods magazine for almost two decades.
