    The Food Safety and Hygiene in Artisan/Farmstead Cheesemaking Workshop

    Please plan to join us for a unique opportunity regarding cheese manufacturing.  This workshop will focus on implementing best practices and techniques for pathogen control, specifically focusing on GMPs, HACCP, sanitation, preventive controls, environmental monitoring, and ingredient and product testing.  The event is being sponsored by the Georgia Department of Agriculture and the Innovation Center for US Dairy, a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting and promoting the dairy industry.
