Prairie Farms Dairy Inc., Edwardsville, Ill., expanded its product lineup to include an 8-ounce package of its original cream cheese.

The cooperative is joining with family farms in New York to launch Craigs Creamery.

Plant-based diets are gaining traction among consumers, institutions and even government recommended dietary guidelines. The wraps are available in Jarlsberg, Parmesan and cheddar.

Horizon Organic, Broomfield, Colo., introduced the first multi-serve organic protein milk, Horizon Organic High Protein.

Sandusky, Ohio, situated on the shores of Lake Erie midway between Cleveland and Toledo, is home to Cedar Point, the renowned amusement park that bills itself as "The Roller Coaster Capital of the World."

The company also added to its reduced-sugar offerings.
