Lactalis Canada, the Toronto, Canadian dairy leader behind iconic brands like Balderson specialty cheeses, Lactantia butter and siggi’s, acquired specialty brand Khaas. With products that currently include Khaas Halal and Khaas Dahi, Lactalis Canada says it is the only national dairy leader in ethnic yogourt. 

Being aware of the sources of the problem in cultured products will help prevent the problem from occurring.

Johnson County, Kansas-based Country Crock announced the launch of their Plant Cream, a new plant-based alternative to dairy heavy whipping cream that can be used in endless cooking and baking recipes, it says.

There has been a significant increase in the proportion of consumers who turn to plant-based products on at least a weekly basis, with the biggest jump being within the oat milk category.

Naked Juice, a brand of Tropicana Brands Group, a global business that was established in 2022 as a joint venture between PAI Partners and PepsiCo., introduced a new product: Naked Antioxidants Mighty Berry.
