Président unveiled a new look and size format of its Président line, a whipped creamy spreadable cheese. It also debuted a new variety: Mango Habanero.

Company will honor its 200th birthday by bringing back some special flavors from its vault of cheeses.

alouette's Emergen-Cheese kits include an assortment of cheese board essentials like crackers, nuts, meats, chocolate, jam, and of course, best-selling alouette varieties: Garlic & Herbs Spread, Crème de Brie, and Double Crème Brie.

Milwaukee, Wis.-based Montchevre, a brand of Saputo USA, unlocked two new flavor innovations, including what it says is the first cold brew and donut flavored goat cheese on the market.

The cracker brand will air a 30-second spot from The Martin Agency on Feb. 9.

Cheese fans can bring gifts for the merry helpers, known as the Babybelves, to wrap while they take a few moments to themselves as they unwrap Babybel's red wax and enjoy the cheese.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) reported that per capita consumption of dairy products reached 661 pounds per person in 2023, an increase of 7 pounds per person over the previous year and matching the all-time record set in 2021.

This accolade is a testament to the company’s commitment to anticipating the needs of its employees and making continuous improvements to its wellness offerings.  

The outlook for U.S. dairy products in 2025 varies by product. The two with the most-clear trajectories are cheese and skim powders (nonfat dry milk (NFDM)/skim milk powder (SMP)).
