Phoenix-based Shamrock Farms says it is jump-starting the holiday season by introducing eggnog and whipping creams inspired by fall and holiday flavors. 

Boursin, a brand of Chicago-based Bel Brands USA, announced its newest seasonal cheese variety, Caramelized Onion & Herbs. 

Irish dairy cooperative Ornua said it completed the acquisition of U.S. cheese ingredients business Whitehall Specialties Inc., Whitehall, Wis., for an undisclosed sum from Mason Wells, a private equity firm based in Milwaukee.

Citing continued concerns about the Delta variant, the Private Label Manufacturers Association (PLMA) announced that it has postponed its annual Private Label Trade Show to Jan. 30-Feb. 1, 2022.
