ATLANTE, an Italian food-sector company, successfully integrated L’INTERFORM within its group which develops tailored solutions for the food industry through targeted sourcing and a strong presence in key international markets.

L’INTERFORM has continued to serve its existing customers and suppliers, while benefiting from ATLANTE’s broader food-sector platform, international sourcing capabilities and retail-market expertise.

Founded in Milan in 1968, L’INTERFORM is an agricultural commodities broker and trader specializing in dairy products, with longstanding supplier and customer relationships across Italy, Europe and North America. Under ATLANTE’s ownership, the company is positioned to continue its development as a trusted partner in the dairy sector, while drawing on ATLANTE’s wider capabilities in sourcing, product development, quality, logistics and market access.

This transaction reflects GERBER-RAUTH’s continued strategic evolution as a private investment company focused on the transition of the dairy ecosystem and adjacent sectors, while ensuring that L’INTERFORM’s team and business partners are positioned with a new owner whose operating platform, commercial network and food-market expertise are well aligned to catalyze the company’s next stage of development.
