    Saputo USA announced a line-up of new products: Saputo cold foam, Saputo portion control (PC) creamers, and Saputo mozzarella and smoked gouda cheese blend. 

     “2026 is an exciting year for Saputo, as we’re adding innovative new products to our extensive dairy portfolio, including cold foam, PC creamers, and a new blend of mozzarella & smoked gouda – ideal for chefs and foodservice professionals,” says Nicole Austin, Saputo marketing manager. "Saputo cheeses have always been a standout product for hospitality, foodservice and restaurants, and we can’t wait to see how these professionals use the new mozzarella & gouda blend, as well as include our new creamers, cold foams into their offerings.” 

    Emanating the artistry and heritage of the Saputo name, the brand is thrilled to showcase its new mozzarella & smoked gouda cheese blend designed for exceptional culinary creations. Highlighting the cheese’s rich, smoky, buttery flavor, cheese connoisseurs will be pleased to experience the consistent creaminess, stretch, and coverage they’ve come to love from Saputo’s mozzarella cheeses. Crafted by expert cheesemakers with the finest ingredients, the Saputo mozzarella & smoked gouda cheese blend creates a perfect harmony of creamy texture and bold smoky flavor for chefs and foodservice professionals who demand quality and versality. The blended cheese is ideal for pizzas, melts, paninis, grilled cheeses, pasta, creamy sauces, or as a flavorful topping for warm or cold dishes. Saputo will also have its Saputo Gold mozzarella and spicy mozzarella blend for sampling at the show. 

    Saputo cold foam is elevating beverage menus with three delectable flavors: French Vanilla, Sweet Cream and Caramel Macchiato. Adding a luxurious touch to a variety of beverages, Saputo cold foam is rich, with a creamy texture made from Saputo's unique formula of real dairy, not oil. In true cold foam form, the texture is an ideal balance of fluffy, airy and creamy, without the heaviness of traditional whipped cream. Saputo’s cold foam is ideal for coffee, cold brew, teas, cocktails, non-alcoholic drinks, and more. Available in a packaged lightweight aerosol can, Saputo's cold foam takes away the need for bulky equipment and pre-mixing; simply shake, spray and enjoy. 

    Saputo’s portion control (PC) creamers are the ideal solution for foodservice, hospitality, healthcare and office environments, as they are designed for convenience and hygiene in mind, the company said. Each single-serve cup delivers consistent, mess-free experience with no refrigeration required. Available in four flavors: Half & Half, Hazelnut, French Vanilla, and Original, Saputo PC creamers have a shelf life of up to nine months without refrigeration and complements the brand’s complete portfolio of extended shelf life and culture dairy products to meet all menu needs.
