milkadamia names new CEO

milkadamia named Neil Cox as CEO.
Cox succeeds founder Jim Richards and will steer the company into its next chapter of accelerated growth, breakthrough product innovation, and deepened environmental impact, while Richards will remain a trusted advisor through the transition and beyond, continuing to champion the brand’s mission and long-term vision.
Cox brings deep industry experience across branded consumer products and ingredient businesses, with leadership roles spanning global dairy and specialty food organizations, including Kerrygold, Ornua Ingredients, and Schuman Cheese. Most recently, he served as CEO of Diana's a privately held frozen novelty business, where he led a successful ownership transition, brand repositioning, and operational transformation.
“milkadamia has always stood for something bigger — from its beginnings as a small family-owned macadamia farm in Eastern Australia to its leadership in regenerative agriculture, the brand has remained in passionate pursuit of shaping a more sustainable future for our planet,” said Cox, CEO of milkadamia. “We are leveraging advanced food technology to make that promise real—pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in plant-based milk while maintaining uncompromising standards for taste, functionality, and environmental impact.”
“Sustainability and innovation must meet people where they are — in their kitchens, in cafés, and in the rituals of everyday life — while meaningfully improving the system behind the scenes,” Cox added. “Striking that balance will define our next chapter, and I’m honored to build on the foundation Jim created. His vision established milkadamia as a true pioneer in this space, and our focus now is to scale that impact responsibly and ambitiously.”
