Bubbies Ice Cream debuted Mini Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches. The line features Key Lime Pie and Strawberry Shortcake, offering creamy and indulgent summer treats with a golden cookie finish in stand-out flavors beyond traditional ice cream sandwich offerings.

Bubbies Mini Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches are now available in two distinctly delectable flavors:
