Kiid Coffee promotes healthier options for kids’ nutrition

Nearly caffeine-free product contains prebiotics, antioxidants and more.

Created by David Sanborn and his 8-year-old son, Ethan, Kiid Coffee prides itself on being the world’s first coffee for kids, but it’s not a typical brew.

Available in three flavors, Original, Caramel and Choco’Latte, Kiid Coffee originated from a simple idea. Ethan and his younger brother were always excited to try sips of their parents’ morning brew. Over the past two years, the company created what is not just a delicious drink for kids, it’s a nutritional powerhouse, loaded with more vitamins, essential minerals, antioxidants, and fiber than any other kids' drink on the market, according to the company.

Founded in July of 2023 and launched in April of 2024, Kiid Coffee is doing well. David Sanborn says, “We are thrilled about our early success, achieving $50,000 in sales in just four months. We look forward to continuing to grow our brand and introducing more families to Kiid Coffee.”

Kiid Coffee is made with water-process decaffeinated coffee (no chemicals), cacao, prebiotic fiber, and a vitamin and mineral blend specially formulated for growing kids. It's 99.9% caffeine-free with no added sugar and 100% vegan. The nutritious and delicious kids’ beverage combines multiple sources of nutrition into one simple morning “coffee.”

With one serving of Kiid Coffee, kids can now have two of the world's most antioxidant-rich superfoods (organic, decaffeinated coffee and raw cacao), prebiotic fiber (inulin), an essential vitamin and mineral blend including calcium, iron, and magnesium. And, that doesn't include the nutrition found in their favorite milk.

Consumers simply add 1 ounce (2 tbsp) of hot milk or water to cup, with either dairy or plant-based milk working well. Add a scoop of Kiid Coffee and stir to dissolved. Top with 5 ounces of warm or cold milk, plus ice if that is the preferred option. Consumers can increase flavor by adding more of the powdered mix, or decrease the product and add an additional splash of milk.

In addition to a nutritious start to a day, Kiid Coffee is on a mission to transform kids’ nutrition, while also educating kids about what’s in their food, and inspiring a new generation of entrepreneurs.

The powdered drink mix is available on the company’s website, on TikTok and Amazon for a suggested retail price of $14 for one 12-serving, 2.75-ounce package.
