Two ways to vote for dairy innovations; online now and on-site at International Dairy Show
International Dairy Show attendees will vote on for the Attendee/Readers' Choice Award.
Online voting has begun for the third Dairy Innovations Awards program by the International Dairy Foods Association, Washington, D.C.
Nominations have been made in the following categories:
- Food Safety
- Ingredient/Flavoring/Seasoning/Additive
- Packaging
- Processing
- Sustainability

Attendee/Readers' Choice Award at the International Dairy Show
In addition, attendees of the International Dairy Show will also vote on for the Attendee/Readers' Choice Award. Voting will be done on-site and will end at noon, Thursday, Sept. 17, 2015. The submissions will be on display, in poster format in the Dairy Show Exhibit hall. The award winners will be announced on Friday, Sept. 18 from the International Dairy Show iDairyShow Theater in the North Hall of McCormick Place, booth 9413.
Winners will be promoted in a future edition of Dairy Foods magazine.
