Müller Quaker Dairy, Batavia, N.Y., has created a new line of dessert-inspired yogurt in four varieties, made with yogurt mixed with a layer of fruit or caramel, and served with flavored mix-ins on the side.
The four flavors are:
- Strawberry cheesecake: Low-fat cheesecake-flavored yogurt with swirls of strawberry and graham cracker crumbs on the side.
- Raspberry brownie supreme: Low-fat yogurt with tart raspberry swirls, and chewy brownie pieces on the side.
- Dulce De Leche Delight: Low-fat vanilla yogurt with swirls of caramel, and crunchy hazelnuts and waffle crisps on the side.
- Peach Cobbler: Low-fat yogurt with pieces and swirls of peach, and pecan clusters on the side.
The strawberry cheesecake flavor has 200 calories, 4 grams of fat, 23 grams of sugar and 7 grams of protein per 5.3-ounce container. The yogurts are made with no high-fructose corn syrup and no artificial flavors, sweeteners or preservatives.
The yogurts are available in grocery stores nationwide for a suggested retail price of $1.25 per container.
Muller Quaker Dairy is a joint venture between PepsiCo, Inc. and Theo Muller Group.
