    The big picture

    Dairy CEOs from USA, China, Netherlands will present at Global Dairy Congress, Amsterdam

    The theme of the 9th Global Dairy Congress is Dairy 2.0. The conference organizers intend to focus on how dairy is being repositioned to take advantage of new trends and what the future holds in terms of market growth and innovation.

    This year’s Global Dairy Congress will be held in Amsterdam June 23 to 25. Industry leaders, suppliers, customers and advisers can gain a complete overview of the latest trends and thinking across all continents from top companies in each region, with extensive time for informal networking and discussion.

    Highlights of the three-day Congress include:
    • Conference sessions with business leaders from around the world
    • Extensive networking time with top industry players
    • Market insight briefings
    • A tour of FrieslandCampina’s Innovation Center, which houses a large pilot plant with cooling and storage rooms
    • World Dairy Innovation Awards presented at Gala Dinner.

    First-day speakers include Kevin Bellamy of Rabobank International, Rick Smith of Dairy Farmers of America, Zhang JianQiu Yili Group, Roelof Joosten of Royal FrieslandCampina, Michel Nalet of Lactalis Group, and Bai Ying of Inner Mongolia Mengniu Dairy Co.
