Chicago-based The Eli's Cheesecake Co. introduced new mini pumpkin pies for foodservice and in-store bakeries. The pies are an extension to its mini pie line, which includes apple, cherry and pecan.
The pumpkin pies are made with Eli’s signature all-butter crust and real pumpkin, supplied from Stahlbush Island Farms, Corvallis, Ore.
The suggested retail price ranges from $1.25 to $1.95 per piece.
