The HV-Emulsifier from Quadro Engineering gives food and beverage processors new ways to minimize oxidation. The HV protects against oxidation effects, while improving the taste and smell of fortifying Omega-3 emulsions. HV technology overcomes difficulties in formulating EPA/DHA additives by creating submicron emulsions to manipulate light and avoid photo-oxidation. This enables processors to create stable homogeneous products without the use of thickening agents to improve food fortification efficiency or expand their potential range in functional beverage applications. The HV-Series features three different models ranging from 7.5-60 Hp, depending on desired capacity, up to over 285 L/min.
