Alpma USA technology is used for Havarti, brick and Muenster cheeses
Alpma USA has introduced a new technology for the production of Havarti, brick and Muenster cheeses. With the technology, 4-foot-long cheese cylinders minimize trim losses during downstream slicing and cutting. It also allows for automated filling of curd into molds, ensuring hygienic production. Plastic cheese molds ensure reproducible cheese dimensions, and the brining of cheeses inside the molds minimizes handling.
