GoodBelly's probiotic carrot ginger juice is gluten-free
NextFoods added a gluten-free vegetable blend to its line of GoodBelly probiotic juice drinks: GoodBelly Carrot Ginger. Carrots have been touted for their high vitamin A content, while ginger is recognized for its ability to ease stomachaches, nausea and diarrhea, according to the company. An 8-ounce serving of GoodBelly Carrot Ginger offers 50 percent of the daily recommended value of vitamin A and provides 20 billion live and active cultures of Lactobacillus plantarum 299v to support digestive health, the company adds. The juice drink is certified gluten-free by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) and verified non-genetically modified organism (GMO) by the Non-GMO Project. A 32-ounce multi-serve carton retails for approximately $3.69.
