Yoplait releases 3 new yogurt products in the last 30 days
All of a sudden, Yoplait is active in the Greek yogurt space. Here is a look at three of its new dairy foods.
Yoplait Greek 100 is a 100-calorie per serving Greek yogurt sold in six flavors: strawberry, black cherry, mixed berry, vanilla, peach and Key lime.
A 6-ounce cup of the dairy processor's plain Greek yogurt has 120 calories and 17 grams of protein, according to nutrition information on its website. Greek 100 will abe sold in 5.3-ounce cups for about $1.29.
The company said that Yoplait Greek 100 is the only Greek yogurt endorsed by Weight Watchers. A serving has a PointsPlus value of 2. Yoplait Greek 100 contains 10 grams of protein per 5.3 ounces versus a similar size serving of regular non-Greek yogurt, which contains 5 gram of protein.
