Organic American cheese slices from Organic Valley, LaFarge, Wis., are 100% gluten-free and produced without antibiotics, synthetic hormones, toxic pesticides or GMOs. The company calls the food “mild, high-moisture organic Colby-style cheese.” Slices are divided with slips of parchment to prevent sticking. An 8-ounce package has a suggested retail price of $5.69. It will be available in June.
