Christian Ragot named CEO of Exopack

Spartanburg, SC – February 3, 2012: Exopack® announced today that it has appointed Christian Ragot as Chief Executive Officer of the company. Ragot, most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Novariant, Inc., a technology-based company providing solutions in GPS and other positioning control systems and on February 13, 2012, will assume the Exopack CEO role held temporarily by Tom Vale. Mr. Vale will continue to fulfill his responsibilities as President, Chief Operating Officer and Secretary of the Company.
