Nexira Introduces New Acacia Gum at Paris Show
Nexira, a supplier of acacia gum, and its Food division (previously known as CNI) launched a new range of highly purified acacia gum at FIE Paris. The company says the gum will provide better transparency with reduced turbidity which broadens the scope of applications for this natural soluble fiber.
