Organic Valley Pasture Butter from Organic Valley/CROPP Cooperative, La Farge, Wis., has been repackaged and is now available in a newly designed 1-pound pack made of 100% recycled carton. This limited-edition seasonal butter is made exclusively from milk produced by pasture-based cows during the months of May through September. The manufacturer claims it is when the pastures deliver the highest levels of beta carotene, conjugated linoleic acid and omega-3 fatty acids.
