The RB Dwyer Group, Anaheim, Calif., is printing shrink sleeve labels for the aerosol cans of Maple Grove Products whipped topping line of products. Whipped Lightning is an alcohol-infused whipped cream in an aerosol can. The full sleeve shrink labels made of heat shrinkable PVC were chosen specifically for this product since it was necessary for the label to shrink to the curves of the aluminum can. Maple Grove purchases cut sleeves and uses a heat tunnel for a faster and more uniform way to label the cans. The RB Dwyer Group is printing six colorful labels that reflect the flavors. The labels are flexo printed on company’s 10-color press in four to six colors.
