The Milk Processor Education Program (MilkPEP) is on the lookout for milk processors to join its “Pour One More” campaign, a promotion designed to show moms how one more serving of milk a day can help fill the nation’s nutrient gap and build strong families. “Pour One More” will inspire moms to visit www.whymilk.com to enter the instant-win promotion and receive milk coupons good toward your retail sales.
Processors are encouraged to sign up by Dec. 14 to receive a point-of-sale kit outlining promotional and nutritional/sustaining elements. Also, milk producers can order a bilingual kit for retail environments that cater to both English- and Spanish-speaking consumers.
To keep the momentum going throughout 2011, the “Pour One More” toolkit is designed to amp up local market events through cups, balloons, coupons and more. The year-round toolkit is available starting mid-January.
Processors are to post point-of-sale materials from Jan. 11-Feb. 9.
