That reality has put many North American companies, including dairy processors, on edge. Aldo (Al) Leiva, an attorney with the law firm Baker Donelson, joins us for Episode 5 of the Let’s Talk Dairy podcast. Leiva is an expert within Baker Donelson’s Data Protection, Privacy, and Cybersecurity practice, advising clients on compliance, transactions, and litigation involving rapidly evolving federal, state, and international cybersecurity and data privacy laws. He has served as privacy compliance counsel, cybersecurity risk mitigation counsel, and general counsel for numerous food and agricultural companies. Leiva talks about how dairy processors could better prepare for ransomware and other cybersecurity attacks.
