As a part of our growth, we are seeking an experienced, Operations Supervisor to add to our team in Oneida, NY where we process, package, and distribute from a high speed extended shelf life manufacturing facility.

As Operations Supervisor for HP Hood you will:

• Provide a high level of leadership to ensure customer, team member, and vendor satisfaction.
• Achieve corporate goals in the department by training, developing, and coaching team members to meet goals and objectives that support the manufacture and distribution of dairy and dairy related products.
• Inspires confidence in others to build commitment and overcome resistance while building highly engaged teams.
• Be an innovative leader who looks for ways to improve and promote safety, quality and efficiencies.
• Effectively prioritizes and adapts to competing demands easily shifting from one action and solution to another based on the needs of the business.

To be a Operations Supervisor you will need:

• Associates Degree preferred with at least 5 years’ experience in food, beverage or dairy plant operations highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience within supervising and leading a team.  
• Able to build commitment and overcomes resistance
• Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with the ability to inspires and motivates others to perform  
• Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills  and look for ways to promote quality and safety
