Ruby Jewel introduces new flavor

Ruby Jewel announced the launch of its latest creation: the Neapolitan Ice Cream Sandwich. This new treat takes a playful spin on the classic Neapolitan flavor, combining strawberry ice cream with a duo of delicious cookies, a sweet vanilla sugar cookie on one side and a rich double chocolate cookie on the other.
The Neapolitan Ice Cream Sandwich will make its debut in February 2025 and will be available for a limited time only, while supplies last. Fans can find the new flavor at Plaid Pantry, New Seasons Market, Stinkers, Lazy Acres, Harmons, Island Naturals, Nuggets, and Huckleberry’s, or it can be ordered online at DeliveredCold.com.
“We wanted to create a nostalgic yet modern twist on a flavor everyone loves,” said Megan Benson, marketing director at Ruby Jewel. “By pairing our fresh, house-made strawberry ice cream with two distinct cookies, we put a Ruby Jewel spin on an old-time favorite.”
