Ruby Jewel announced the launch of its latest creation: the Neapolitan Ice Cream Sandwich. This new treat takes a playful spin on the classic Neapolitan flavor, combining strawberry ice cream with a duo of delicious cookies, a sweet vanilla sugar cookie on one side and a rich double chocolate cookie on the other.

The Neapolitan Ice Cream Sandwich will make its debut in February 2025 and will be available for a limited time only, while supplies last.
