Mikawaya, the Vernon, Calif.-based ice cream processor, added two popular flavors and three authentic Asian flavors to its mochi product line. Two of the new flavors, cookies and cream and mint chip are two of the top six flavors worldwide, according to the company. The other three new flavors are: black sesame, Matcha green tea and plum wine, which join the other seven flavors, including mango and chocolate.
