The DA 7250 SD and DA 7300 SD from Perten Instruments are NIR diode array-based instruments that perform multicomponent analyses of dairy samples. Users can test dairy powders, liquid samples, butter and finished cheeses for moisture, fat, protein, and more. The DA 7250 SD at-line analyzer removes and reduces many sources of error common to other NIR instruments. The DA 7300 SD is a process NIR analyzer providing real-time, continuous results. It can be installed in dairy plants for applications such as butter and dairy powder analysis on mixers, transfer pipes, after churns, and pre- or post-dryer for process optimization.
