Fortitech's new food and beverage applications from IFT

Fortitech Inc. introduced new food and beverage applications at IFT last month. Included were a freshly brewed coffee fortified with antioxidants A, C and E, as well

as B vitamins and vitamin D3. The premix is included in an instant coffee stick pack. The ready-to-drink peach tea is formulated for healthy aging with nutrients such as resveratrol, CoQ10, zinc, chromium and B-vitamins.
