Bradman Lake to display robotic toploader at Pack Expo

    October 16, 2012

Bradman Lake robotic toploaderBradman Lake is participating again this year at PackExpo Chicago 2012 to be held on October 28 through 31, 2012 at McCormick Place, where visitors can witness firsthand the latest Bradman Lake technology on offer at booth # S-209.

Bradman Lake will exhibit for the first time one of its innovative versions of the DRT Robotic Toploader, demonstrating the automatic collating and loading of primary wraps into a choice of two secondary packages, either a film multipack or a rigid chipboard retail carton.

This display will show a DRT Toploader incorporating both the FT120 multipack flow wrapper and a carton management system with the option to switch to either method of loading.

This advanced system represents Bradman Lake’s commitment to continuous product innovation to meet the demands of today's fast moving consumer markets worldwide. It offers the ultimate flexibility to pack the products in different style packages depending on the marketplace requirement, small foot print with dual functionality, and cost savings by minimizing the initial capital investment and eliminating some of the potential capital expenditures. The Bradman Lake team will be available at the booth to illustrate how they have already achieved cost savings to their customers.

The Bradman Lake group is a major designer and manufacturer of innovative packaging machinery and ‘state of the art’ single source systems, with thousands of installations to their credit around the world. With an impressive product portfolio Bradman Lake can offer stand alone or fully integrated systems, custom-engineered to meet the most exacting standards The Bradman Lake range of equipment includes product distribution, row removal, feeding systems, horizontal flow wrapping, top load carton forming and closing, horizontal cartoning, robotic product collating and loading end of line options for case packing and shrink wrapping.

    About Bradman Lake

Bradman Lake has over 60 years’ experience producing integrated cartoning, wrapping and end of line packaging systems for many of the world’s leading companies.
