MasoSine now has a 20-year warranty on its pump housing.  Its pumps are engineered for a long service life without the high cost or inconvenience of off-site factory remanufacturing or reconditioning.  Sine pump parts are always the same size and with a single shaft and rotor, there is no need for timing gears and multiple seals. The pump is capable of being cleaned-in-place (CIP) and various CIP modifications are available depending upon the product being pumped and the cleaning protocol used.  It is also easily disassembled for manual clean-out-of-place (COP).  The pump’s sinusoidal rotor produces powerful suction with low shear, low pulsation and gentle handling. Maintenance is said to be simple and fast. It has certification under 3-A Sanitary Standards Inc.
